As a result of the continued success of our Singaporean business we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the team to undertake live work we already have in our portfolio.
As a Senior Consultant in our claims team you will assist with sections of an expert witness report suitable for arbitration or litigation proceedings. You will receive unrivalled training and support from our team of cross examined experts, this exposure will enable you to build your understanding and experience to allow you to eventually become an expert in your own right.
Experience Needed
Between 7 and 15 years postgraduate construction industry experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering or construction programming.
Ideally construction legal academic qualifications commensurate with an individual operating in this capacity.
Demonstrable experience of participating litigious disputes is essential and ideally involvement in assisting adjudication, mediation or Expert Witness proceedings.
Experience compiling or drafting sections of reports on client dispute resolution commissions.
Alternatively having worked in a client or contract environment with demonstrable experience of assisting and drafting a report suitable for arbitration or litigation proceedings.
