Sweett Group is currently recruiting an Associate Director - Quantity Surveying to join our team of Cost Consultants in our Cambridge office. This is a real opportunity to work in a key role as part of a growing area in our business.

We are a global construction and property consultancy, specialising in QS and PM services. We work on some of the world's most iconic projects including the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Belfast's 153-acre Titanic quarter, the Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard and US corporate fit-outs.

Working in this role will see the successful individual lead a team, working on a variety of projects with a broad client base. The role will involve business development, and will have scope for development and growth. We operate across a range of sectors, from retail, education, commercial and healthcare amongst others.

To be suitable for this role you should have experience of working in a similar role in a consultancy environment working across a variety of sectors. You should have inputted to business development, whether in assisting with submissions, or in generating repeat work. You will need to be able to demonstrate management of a team, development of a pipeline and maintaining continuity of relationships with existing clients. It is essential that you are MRICS qualified.
