Sweett Group has a need to recruit a Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to be based out of our Dublin office to strengthen our existing team.

Sweett Group is a top 10 global property and infrastructure consultancy. Our service offerings include quantity surveying, project management, and management consultancy with a comprehensive range of other specialist services. The cost consultancy team is responsible for the provision of specialist cost consultancy and other services across a portfolio of public and private sector clients, crossing over all sectors.

Working in this role will involve providing a full cost consultancy service, to our broad range of clients. Our mix of work gives a great opportunity to carry out a wide range of pre and post contract work. We have a range of prestigious clients in both the public and private sector.

To be considered for this role you will either have completed, or soon to complete MRICS chartership or hold a RICS accredited degree, with an ambition to become Chartered. It will be necessary to be a strong team player with the ambition to grow and develop in to a leadership role as part of a personal development plan.
