Sweett Group is recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor to join our growing team in Manchester.

You will be part of a regional team of 12 Building Surveyors covering all aspects of professional and project Building Surveying across the private and public sector. Working in this role will involve management of client and project teams to deliver Building Surveying services profitably and on time to a wide range of clients. The role will cover the full spectrum of Building Surveying Service, including Design & Specification, Contract Administration, Building Surveys and Pathology, Party Wall advice and Dilapidation's. The Leeds Building Surveying team operate across all sectors with a particular focus on Health Care, Infrastructure, Higher Education and Commercial. The projects will range from £20,000 - £1million and larger commissions could be awarded for those with the right skill set.

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a Chartered Building Surveyor or someone that is interested in becoming/working towards becoming chartered. You bring a broad range of project experience to the role and be able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and have the ability to work autonomously as well as within the team, providing support to junior members as necessary.
