Estimator - (16000611)  Description   Position Title: Estimator/Sr Estimator Hill International is a U.S. based Project Management and Claims Consultancy firm with offices throughout the World. With over 4,900 employees in 100 offices worldwide, Hill provides program management, project management, construction management and construction claims and consulting services. We are seeking to employ an Estimator and Sr Estimator in Denver, CO Cost Estimators will be expected to perform the following; Conceptual/Budgetary Estimate Verification of Architect/Engineer’s Estimate Independent Cost Estimates and Negotiations Proposal Analysis and Negotiations Change Pricing and Negotiations Budget verification analysis Risk Mitigation   Qualifications   5 years of experience in Construction Cost Estimating Experience in aviation Capital Improvement Programs (CIP) including;runways, taxiways, concourse expansion or improvements, terminal improvements and roadway and parking improvements Cost estimating experience on projects utilizing an alternate delivery method contract including; Design-Build contract and Construction Manager at Risk Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Construction Management is preferred
