Position Title: Program Manager Hill International is a U.S. based Project Management and Claims Consultancy firm with offices throughout the World. With over 4,600 employees in 100 offices worldwide, Hill provides program management, project management, construction management and construction claims and consulting services. Engineering News-Record magazine recently ranked Hill as the 9th largest construction management firm in the World. We are seeking to employ a Program Manager for storm recovery projects, associated with the Hurricane Sandy Build it Back Program in New York City.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing large construction programs in the public agency sector Strong communication skills Manage and coordinate multiple contracts, including consultants, designers, CM's and contractors QUALIFICATIONS: Experience  working with City and or State government in a managerial role Proven record of success with large Program Management positions Experience with fiscal controls on large projects 20 + years of experience
