The duties and responsibilities of the Recruiter based in Madrid will encompass a wide range of activities:
- Recruitment with regards to a series of Engineering fields for Project Management Consultancy Projects
- Co-operation with Vice Presidents and Project Managers with regards to recruitment needs
- Cooperation with other internal Recruiters in the USA, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
- Preparation of advertisements
- Sourcing, reviewing and screening of resumes
- Prescreen Applicants
- Maintenance & Update of the Company’s internal CV database
- Preparation and administration of new hire paperwork
- Preparation of financial offers
- Preparation of weekly recruitment reports

Requirements
Ø University Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or any other related discipline.
Ø Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruitment (ideally from a Consulting background)
Ø Knowledge and exposure in the construction industry would be considered an asset
Ø Excellent written and spoken English.
Ø Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ø The ideal candidate should display a multitasking profile, Initiative, creativity, flexibility, excellent communication & negotiation skills.
