Job Description
- Responsible for suppliers and subcontractors coordination.
- Prepare technical and commercial data and information for obtaining quotations.
- Prepare and follows up approvals for project submittals.
- Obtains samples and follow-up sample approvals with creating database for all material and coded submittals.
- Produce Materials Schedules with required lead times for take-off, quotation, cost appraisal, and P.O with delivery periods.
- Receive Purchase Request.
- Prepare bid tabulation.

Skills
Previous Middle East experience especially within Saudi, 10-15 years of procurement experience along with qualifications in civil engineering and experience with handling mega projects. Good management skills & understanding of the middle east market is an advantage. ERP, BAN, SAP / Oracle knowledge is a plus.
