Business Sales Analyst
The Business Sales Analyst researches, gathers, analyzes, and reports on information from available resources within and outside of Kele in support of the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors industry, financial, technological, and demographic factors, as well as competitive products and marketing activities
- Supports the leadership team in maintenance of company expenses to include: documenting company credit card expenses to include scanning and uploading receipts; creating check requests and sending to accounts payable for reimbursement.
- Researches, analyzes, monitors and provides data that enables the Kele sales team to capitalize on increasing revenue with existing customers as well as new market opportunities
- Provides recommendations and generates timely and accurate reports of ongoing analysis to the VP of Sales and the Sales Leadership Team
- Proactively identifies process improvements, including training to execute changes
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years working in a business analyst role or Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience
- Experience writing SQL reports
- Strong analytical and database management skills
- Must be advanced in MS Office software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Some CRM experience
- Excellent business writing skills and the ability to generate statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with and maintain relationships with associates at all levels
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
